§ 2 Conclusion of the contract

§ 2.1 You can order by sending us email to omeebashop(at)gmail.com. Send your full contact information (name, address), size (S,M,L), height (in centimeters) and a list of the designs with colours you want to purchase.

§ 2.2 We will reply to your order (normally within 5 working days) with the availability info and the invoice.

§ 2.3 By confirming the order by email you deliver an obliging purchase offer.

§ 3 Prices

The prices on the product pages include the value-added-tax. There is an additional cost for shipping.

§ 4 Shipping Costs

§ 4.1 The shipping costs are dependent of the chosen shipping method (for deliveries abroad you can choose between a quick priority post and slower economy post), the weight of the ordered products as well as the delivery address and will be included in the invoice we send to you.  The sending cost in Finland is 8euros for orders less than 5kg. Usually the sending costs vary between 8-30euros in other European countries.

§ 4.2 There can be additional fees and duties for deliveries outside the EU.

§ 4.3. You have to ask separately for an insurance for the sending, as it is not normally included in the shipping costs.

§ 4.4. In case you need a tracking code for your parcel, ask for it in advance because in cases of less than 0,5kg parcels in Finland and less than 2kg parcels outside of Finland we send them often as maxiletters (the cheapest option for you). Maxiletters dont get tracking codes on them.

§ 5 Terms of Delivery

§ 5.1 The delivery is handled either by the delivery companies Itella (Finnish post) or by their partner companies in the destination country.

§ 5.2 Your order will be taken to the post office once we have received your payment on our bank account. Note that it can sometimes take up to 6 days for foreign bank transfers to show on our account. We take orders to the post office twice a week.

§ 5.3 The delivery time for shipping to destinations inside Finland is usually 1-3 days from the day we post the parcel.

$ 5.4 The delivery period for shipping to destinations outside Finland depends on the destination country and chosen form of sending (priority or economy post).

§ 5.5 We can give you exact delivery time information once you have confirmed your order and chosen the form of sending.

§ 5.6. T:mi Maatuli / Omeebashop.com does not take responsibility of parcels lost or damaged during the shipment. For this, we recommend you to pay for an insured parcel.

§ 6 Terms of Payment

§ 6.1 You can pay the order by bank transfer. In some cases we accept payment by Western Union Money Transfer or Paypal as well but you have to make an enquiry about this beforehand.

§ 6.2 You will get our bank account details in the invoice with the order confirmation. We expect for you to make the payment for the order as a bank transfer within 7days of confirming the order unless settled otherwise beforehand. However, you have maximum 14days time to make the payment for the order unless settled otherwise before confirming the order.

§ 6.3 You are responsible of making sure the amount you transfer covers all the transfer costs of the banks involved in the transaction. We will not send an order (even part of it) with incomplete payment.

§ 7 Reservation of proprietary rights

§ 7.1 The products are our property as long as they are not completely paid.

§ 8 Right of Withdrawal

§ 8.1 Customers have the Right of withdrawal within 30 days.

Revokation Instructions

Right of withdrawal

You can revoke your contract by sending us email and through return of the goods within 30 days. The 30days period begins with receipt of the goods by the addressee. Do not return any product before first writing us a reclamation by email. Primarily, we prefer to exchange the returned products into new ones (in case of wrong size, faults etc) but in cases we dont have stock to exchange the returned goods, we will pay the amount paid for the goods back on your bank account within 30days of receiving the goods. For this you have to provide us with your bank account details.

Revokation consequences

In case of an effective revokation, received benefits on both sides have to be back-granted and possible benefits have to be handed over if necessary (for example use advantages). If you cannot back-grant us the received goods completely or partially or only in a worse condition, you have to pay compensation for loss suffered insofar. This is not necessary, if the deterioration of the goods is caused only by their examination, as it would have been possible in a usual store business. Incidentally, you can avoid the value liability by not taking the products in use and omitting anything, which impairs their value.

End of revokation instructions

§ 8.2 Avoid damaging or defilements of the products. Return the products in their original package including all accessories back to us. Use a protecting package if necessary. If you do not have the original package anymore please care for a suitable package to provide protection of damages in transit, to prevent claims for damages caused by inappropriate package.

§ 8.3 Please keep the receipt from the post office of the parcel you send back to us.

§ 9 Damages in transit

§ 9.1 If wares are delivered with obvious damages in transit, please claim such errors to the post personnel immediately and write us email about it as soon as possible. By doing so you help us to assert our own claims towards the carrier or the transport assurance.

§ 10 Defects liability

The guarantee occurs due to legal regulations.
